Gravity Casting
Gravity casting refers to the process of injecting molten metal into a mold under the action of gravity of the earth, mainly referring to metal mold casting.
The metal mold uses a heat-resistant alloy steel to make a casting mold, which can be used repeatedly, and has a long life and high production efficiency.
Advantage:
Casting dimensional accuracy is good,
The surface is smooth,
The strength is higher than that of the sand type, and it is less likely to be damaged.
Therefore, it is mostly used for mass production of medium and small castings of non-ferrous metals.
Insufficient:
Materials and processing costs are high, but they are less expensive than die casting molds.
For small batch production, the cost of the mold allocated to each product is obviously too high, which is generally not easy to accept.
Not suitable for particularly large castings;
The heat resistance is still limited, and it is mostly used for casting aluminum alloy, zinc alloy and magnesium alloy, and is less used for copper alloy and ferrous metal casting.

Drawings, 3D files from customer → Communication about details →Order confirmation → Mold design and making → Test and repairing mold → Making sample → Customer confirmation → casting → CNC machining → Surface treatment (optional) → Inspection → Packing → Delivery.
2. Can you provide samples?
Yes. Before batch production, we can send samples to you for confirmation.
3. What’s your payment term?
Normally, 30% down payment after confirm the contract/PI, balance before shipment/copy of Bill of Lading.
